How the wallet works

Your wallet covers card spend, service fee, and shipping in one transfer. We quote the total at guardrails stage. Any unspent balance is refunded within 3 working days of dispatch.

Why a minimum fee?

The minimum covers the work done before any sourcing begins — brief review, comp research, show preparation. That time is the same whether the order is £40 or £400.

How do we determine what to pay for a card?

We research recent sold prices - eBay completed listings, auction results, and current market activity - to establish what a card should cost before we approach any seller.

We then negotiate on your behalf. At the guardrails stage, we agree a maximum price per card; we won't go above it, and your itemised statement shows exactly what we paid and what we saved.
