Every order follows the same process, regardless of which product you choose.
You agree everything upfront - we execute without needing to come back to you mid-sourcing.
1 - Brief
Tell us what you want.
Tell us what you want. You complete a structured brief - a form, not a free-text conversation. It covers your list or budget, condition requirements, price limits, and any hard exclusions.
For Box Builder, it also covers your collection style and substitution preferences.
2 - Guardrails
We agree the rules.
We review your brief and confirm: Max prices per card or category, condition floor and acceptable deviations, auto-buy rules, and substitution mode. Turnaround is 24–48 hours. Nothing is purchased until both sides have signed off.
3 - Wallet
You fund the budget
You fund the budget. At guardrails stage we quote a total wallet figure - this covers your card budget, service fee, and shipping in one amount. You make one bank transfer before sourcing begins. For show runs, this must clear at least 5 working days before the show date.
Once your order ships, any unspent balance is refunded within 3 working days. One transfer in, one refund out if applicable.
4 - Execute
We source and buy.
At shows: hard-to-find items first, bundle singles second, end-of-day deals third.
Online sourcing runs in parallel. We don't purchase outside agreed guardrails. If something doesn't meet the standard, we pass. No heroics, no surprises
No mid-execution approvals. The guardrails conversation is designed to cover all likely scenarios in advance.
5 - QC
Every card checked.
At shows – cards are checked in-hand before purchase.
Online – listings are verified and additional photos requested where needed.
Every card is inspected in-hand before dispatch.
Cards over £100 are photographed front and back. Cards over £300 are filmed under direct light. All vendor receipts retained.
6 - Ship
Consolidated. Insured.
Everything goes out in one shipment - tracked, insured, and accompanied by an itemised statement showing every purchase, every negotiation saving, and the final accounting. Box Builder orders include a printed Box Report. Unused wallet balance refunded within 3 working days of dispatch.
